WHAT IS OEE?
OEE is a measurement technique that shows the extent to which the enterprise can benefit from a machine or equipment and can be used as a basis for improvement projects.In order to increase the performance of existing machinery and equipment in production facilities; it focuses on losses such as faults, preparation times, downtimes, decreases in operating speed, scraps and rework, also it provides information about the issues that need improvement.
