ACD MES (PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM)
WHAT IS MES?It is a production monitoring and analysis system which can be adapted to all sectors and established to follow the production parameters in real time.
The machine provides interface between operator and ERP. Provides technology solutions to manufacturers. It contributes to the real-time monitoring of productivity and OEE values and to manage their processes in a simple, efficient and traceable manner.
Data Entry and Monitoring Module
Data on the production process can be easily recorded and documents such as technical drawings, maintenance forms, and quality forms can be viewed through the web-based ACD IPM Data Entry Module, which works with high efficiency in all computers, tablets, kiosks, industrial PCs.
Quality First Checklist Module
Through the Quality First Approval Module,
- It is shown which machine the quality personnel came to, when they came and which approval (Approval-Conditional, Yes-Rejection) as a result of the operations performed.
- The faulty products that occur at the time of production are entered together with the error code indicating the number and why they are faulty.
- As a result of these entered values, waste and scrap rates and scrap numbers are reported.
Quality Process Control Module
- Necessary quality control parameters for the product are defined.
- Parameters related to when and how these defined values are controlled are specified.
- At the time of production, the quality staff receives information about which parameters they need to control.
- It makes the necessary controls and enters the values and thus the information about the quality is transferred to the system quickly.
- The opportunity to report information such as by whom and when the information that needs to be controlled is reported in the desired format.
SMS-Mail Instant Notification Module
In the production process, everything may not always go well and you may not be immediately informed about these negativities.
With the SMS-Mail Instant Notification Module, in cases such as machine failure, waste increase, decrease in production, decrease in productivity, a notification is sent instantly by SMS-Mail with the reasons, and in these cases, problems are resolved before they grow.
Factory (Andon) Monitoring Module
- The current status of all data collection points is displayed.

Barcoding - Lot Tracking Module
- Before the production starts, the information from which raw material the relevant work order is produced is included in the system.

- By filling the resources with priority-oriented operations, speed and part losses are prevented with a flow close to ideal.
Cutting Edge Tracking Module
- Before starting or during production, the operator in charge of the relevant machine requests a tool or a tool change.
- The tools to be used in the current work order or to be used in the next work orders are requested or a change request is sent in cases such as breakage or failure in the insert.
- The relevant team request appears on the staff's screen and the request is met.
- Analysis of all team movements are presented to users.
